Patterned Plywood Tea Box
This tea box is the perfect project if you are looking to make Patterned Plywood for your first time. It also makes a great gift!

This is a Beginner level project. It does require a table saw and basic table saw skills. If you don’t have a Spline Jig already plans are available for that as well.
Materials
Plywood scrap roughly 12” (300mm) x 12” (300mm) x 3/4” (18mm)
Two contrasting hardwoods (the sample used ash and mahogany)
Wood glue
Painters tape
Rubberbands
Tools
Table saw with miter gauge or miter sled and crosscut sled
Band saw (recommended)
Spline jig (plans available)
Flush cut saw
Final Dimensions
3 7/8” (98mm) H X 3 1/2” (89mm) W X 6 1/2” (165mm) D
