FREE Push-stick Template

$0.00

This free template allows you to easily create your own push stick exactly like the one I use every day in my shop—a push stick is essential for guiding stock safely through table saws, routers, and other power tools. By following the instructions and measurements in the template, you can quickly construct a sturdy and ergonomic push stick that keeps your hands at a safe distance from blades and cutters, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries.

Cut out this template and glue it to a piece of 3/4” plywood. Use a bandsaw or jigsaw to cut out the shape. Ease over the edges of the grip with sandpaper, and it’s ready to use.

WARNING:

  • Make sure to follow the guidelines that come with your table saw to ensure safe practices.

  • Also, avoid making this push stick out of MDF or MDF core plywoods. They’re not strong enough to hold up during certain operations.

If you have any questions or issues, feel free to reach out to me via email at info@almfab.com
